Full name and Other names: Cornelius Quinn Pants, The Hero of Pinewood Mountain, Baldy.
Appearance and Clothing: Black top hat with patches and chicken feather, White scarf, Brown jacket with zipper, tan undershirt, Green baggy pants (He never takes them off though..), Black rubber boots.
Eyes: Gray
Hair: Blonde/brown (Very sickly colors however.) in a comb over

Extra details:
He occasionally brakes 4th wall, sometimes if absolutely necessary and sometimes randomly. It mostly makes him seem insane but that's not necessarily true, even Deadpool can relate to this guy.
He has never really taken off either his top hat or pants. (usually if he washes them but not that very often.)
His teeth are actually not that very clean on account of either him going on adventures... On the plus side at least he's a good example on why you should brush!
He also has not a lot of hair because of a rare hair condition, but his wife on the other hand would shave her's off and immediately give it to him just to make him happy... But he of course, he thinks it's more beautiful on her.
