Extra details:

The doctor will do anything for money, he's not greedy for it, that's just what he does. The more money, the better.

His technology is either inspired by his uncle or a lot of other various ideas to take over the world, especially his favorite weapon of choice, the simple Laser Pistol. Think of it like laser removal, except more painful.

His metal hand and arm do serve more purposes, he can transform his hand into various tools, (Such as the electric back scratcher.),his robotic eye can also access x-ray vision, and several other things. Just don't say he had laser eye surgery... You'll be in for a world of pain.

He also loves to play the piano, He plays amazingly well in front of a audience.

His minions have not really changed much over the years, Especially the regular D.U.M.B bots, They are completely and utterly useless if they do not have a leader and they are incredibly weak. They are like the ants of the evil hive.
